Nice effect. Not using photoshop myself but I understand that these actions apply specific sets of color tones to a layer/layers. I think I could achieve that in GIMP by saving a set of 'color curves'. But looking into the .atn file I can't read any color values, it must be a binary file.. You left a hint though in the little previevs of 'tone crossings'. But damn it in GIMP's 'color curves' tool each RGB channel is under a separate tab so I can't see curves for all channels in one preview. It didn't seem an issue to me before but it clearly does now..
BTW I went through your gallery and couldn't find any the photos you used in the the tutorial. I hope they are there but currently in storage..
You gonna ditch it just because it's your old work? It's a shame you've taken down those photos. I really like them (seen previews in your journal). Hoping you'll change your mind and submit them again.
